PM event of the year in Berlin

Kick off the 34th IPMA World Congress 2025 by joining us for the official Congress Registration and Welcome Reception. Upon arrival, you will receive your name badge, meet the exhibitors and get acquainted with the venue, the TITANIC Hotel Chausseestraße, in a relaxed atmosphere.

Enjoy a taste of Berlin with regional snacks and beverages while networking with colleagues from around the world. The reception offers the perfect opportunity to make your first connections with the international project management community and set the stage for an inspiring congress experience.

From 8:00 am the doors are open. Take the opportunity to arrive, start networking, and soak in the atmosphere of the 34th IPMA World Congress.

At 9:00 am, the program officially begins in the plenary with a festive opening and an inspiring keynote. Throughout the day, exciting sessions in seven parallel rooms will explore the latest topics and trends in project management.

Another captivating keynote at 5:00 pm sets the stage for the Networking Dinner from 6:30 to 9:00 pm – a perfect opportunity to exchange ideas and reflect on the insights gained during the day.

From 08:00 the venue and exhibition are open – the perfect opportunity to connect with our partners and exhibitors and gather valuable insights.

At 09:00 the plenary program begins with a keynote that sets the tone for the second congress day. Throughout the day, engaging sessions and presentations will highlight key developments in project management, before the 34th IPMA World Congress officially concludes at 18:00.

In the evening, participants with a separate ticket are invited to attend the IPMA Global Award Gala Dinner starting at 19:00.
