How artificial intelligence (has) changed the way we plan, manage and implement projects in the future.

Description:

Prof Dr Doris Weßels would talk about this today - but who knows what tomorrow will bring?

Developments in the field of generative AI are so rapid that the future seems almost impossible to predict. What is considered revolutionary today could be outdated tomorrow. Prof Dr Doris Weßels will know what is relevant right now.

In her presentation, she will take us into the world of AI-supported project work and show us which innovations are really here to stay - and which are just short-lived trends. How will AI change project management in the long term? What is already working in practice? And where will humans remain irreplaceable?

Key Takeaways:

✔ AI in project management: What really works? - Which technologies are practical today, and what remains theory?

✔ From support to decision-making? - How AI agent systems can complement and control project teams.

✔ Man vs. machine - where is the intuition? - Why AI can analyse data but does not provide real leadership.

✔ What skills do project managers need in an AI-dominated world? - The most important future skills.
