11:00 – 11:45 am
We ask the question why projects matter and offer a model that translates purpose into impact. We consider projects are considered as agents for change and provide comprehensive examples of holistic approaches to projects that provide contribution to sustainable development. The purpose of the project is the starting point which leads us to the Project Spaces Model to support leadership.
We discuss why projects matter and how you as a project leader can make an impact with your project. We reflect what motivates project professionals to work on projects. We share concrete examples and methods to apply in your own practice.
