The Baltic Synchronisation Programme has successfully driven forward a 1.5 billion euro project with numerous interdependencies. New tools and processes were used to seamlessly link the Baltic electricity grids with the continental European grid. Arturas Kuliesas is PMP, PgMP and IPMA® Level A - Certified Project Director certified and has been President of the Lithuanian Project Management Association since 2002. He is currently managing the integration of the Lithuanian power grid with the continental European grid for Litgrid. In addition to his work as a lecturer at Vilnius University Business School, he passes on his expertise as a trainer in the areas of project, programme, quality and risk management. Arturas Kuliesas is recognised as an expert in the management of complex large-scale projects.
