The Baltic Synchronisation Programme has successfully driven forward a 1.5 billion euro project with numerous interdependencies. New tools and processes were used to seamlessly link the Baltic electricity grids with the continental European grid. Arturas Kuliesas shows how targeted dependency management reduces risks, efficiently coordinates parallel projects and makes complexity manageable.
Do you manage projects with many dependencies? In this presentation, you will learn how to clearly define interfaces, mitigate risks at an early stage and coordinate processes efficiently. Arturas Kuliesas provides practical insights into the management of highly complex programmes and shows you the way to successful dependency management.
