Frank Turley is a seasoned project management expert with deep expertise in PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum, and P3.express. He contributed to the development of PM², the European Commission’s internal project management methodology, and actively volunteers with the open-source P3.express framework. He also serves as the Chief Trainer Advocate for both P3.express and micro.P3.express. Frank Turley‘s mission is to transform how the world learns and applies project management. He achieves this by delivering practical training, sharing open-access materials and sample projects, and emphasizing essential, actionable techniques. His work with NGOs and international organisations aims to make project management more accessible and effective.
