Dr Arnis Leikarts is a project manager and consultant with experience in managing transnational projects in finance, IT, education, agriculture, etc. He is chairman of the certification committee of Latvia-CERT and a member of IPMA. As a lecturer and author, he has published numerous scientific papers and has been active in international project management initiatives. Dr Leikarts has extensive expertise in project portfolio management and strategic consulting.
