Description:
The largest administrative structure reform in the history of ARD required well thought-out change management to guide 37,000 people through the transition. Dr Martin Backhaus shows how it was possible to standardise almost 200 business processes in eleven broadcasting stations and introduce a joint IT solution.

Dr Martin Backhaus (Germany)
Dr Martin Backhaus is a business IT specialist and experienced project manager. As an IPMA® Level A - Certified Project Director and Change Manager (GPM), he is in charge of the overall project management of one of ARD's largest transformation projects. He also imparts his knowledge in two teaching assignments at the Leipzig University of Applied Sciences, specialising in skills-based project management and change management.
