She is the Chairperson of Shanxi Hanfang Construction Management Co., Ltd. and General Manager of the Xinzhou Branch of Haitian Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. With expertise in EPC consulting, construction cost management and dispute mediation, she supports complex infrastructure and construction projects throughout their full lifecycle.

Xu Yang is the Head of the Whole-Process Consulting Department at Longda Hengxin Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. with extensive experience in enterprise management and market development. He has worked with major clients such as China Electric Power Construction, JD Logistics and Greenland Group and advised on key projects including the Jinan Tram and Jinan Urban Renewal.
