A Senior Engineer with national certifications as Cost Engineer and Consulting Engineer he serves as Deputy Secretary General of the Guangdong Engineering Consulting Association and is recognized as an expert in investment analysis and policy consulting.

Xu Yang (China)

Xu Yang is Head of the Whole Process Consulting Department at Longda Hengxin Engineering Consulting Co. Ltd. With extensive experience in enterprise management and market development he has worked with clients such as China Electric Power Construction and JD Logistics and advised on major projects including the Jinan Tram and urban renewal initiatives. His focus is on innovative cost management digital integration and emerging sectors such as the low altitude economy.
