Discover how to make agile maturity visible and how to develop it systematically.

Description:

Agility is more than just methods. It emerges when mindset, structure, and leadership complement each other in a systemic way. This is exactly where the Agile Management Maturity Map (AM3) comes in: a practical model that guides organizations through their transformation journey from the current state to the target structure.

Professor Hubertus Tuczek and his interdisciplinary team have developed six dimensions – ranging from customer value and value streams to learning culture – each divided into five maturity levels. The combination of systems theory, real-world examples, and self-assessment makes AM3 a powerful tool for anyone seeking to develop agility in a structured and sustainable way

Key Takeaways:

Get practical insights on how to anchor agility across your organization, tailored to your industry, structure, and culture. Understand the systemic dynamics that make or break transformation. Identify your organization’s current position, its target state, and the path to get there.

All Participants will Receive the Practitioner Paper:
A Systemic Framework for Organizational Agility: Agile Management Maturity Map AM3
