and its Consequences?

Room 3

11:15 – 12:00 pm

Experience the facets and application areas of hybrid and look forward to concrete impulses.

Description:

The hybrid approach dominates many projects today. It offers project managers the flexibility to choose the right combination of adaptive and predictive methods depending on the project situation. But what does hybrid actually mean? Where are the challenges and grey areas? Dr Dagmar Silvius-Zuchi and Katharina Radlinger-Köhler share their experiences and demonstrate, what is important when choosing the right approach and how agile roles can be sensibly integrated into the project organisation.

Key Takeaways:

Learn how to use hybrid methods for successful project management. Find out which factors are decisive for the right combination of methods and how you can give your team clear orientation. Discuss role conflicts between classic and agile approaches and take away concrete ideas for effective project organisation from practical examples.
