Judith Armbruster (Germany)

As Head of People and Communication, Judith Armbruster promotes agile organisational development at a software development company in southern Germany. At the same time, she is doing her doctorate at the Alma Mater Europaea in Maribor, Slovenia, on autonomy as a motivator in agile project teams. She also teaches agile project and transformation management at Nürtingen-Geislingen University. With her research and experience, she designs leadership concepts for agile teams.
