Every successful project starts with a good design. While project teams often start implementation unprepared, game designers define precise mechanics, goals and game rules during the development phase. Dr Miriam Sasse shows how companies can learn from game designers: Clear structures, well-founded rules and iterative improvement promote innovation, agility and motivation in projects.
See your project design with new eyes, inspired by proven principles of game design. Learn how clear structures and adaptive mechanisms ensure greater efficiency, commitment and flexibility. The presentation explains practical methods for designing projects in such a way that they remain both plannable and adaptable, while at the same time increasing motivation within the team.
