Constantin Hoya uses the TV series Ted Lasso to make the principles of agile leadership tangible. Using iconic scenes, he conveys key leadership principles such as positive leadership, building empathy and mistakes as a learning opportunity in a practical and inspiring mix of entertainment and theory.
