Jaka Borštnar is the Director of Project Portfolio and Change Management at Triglav Group. After completing master's degrees in computer science and economics, he completed an MBA programme at IEDC Business School. With 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, he has led and supervised numerous transformation projects and played a key role in the strategic development of the Triglav Group PMO. Since 2013, he has been developing the PMO into a strategic orchestration hub.
Zoran Korenjak has been supporting projects and leadership teams as a project manager and coach for over 15 years. He also shares his experience and expertise as a lecturer. At the Triglav Group, Zoran Korenjak is responsible for complex and strategic projects with a focus on digitalization and process optimization. As a PMP, CCMP, NLP Master, and BHS Practitioner, he ensures sustainable changes and successful organizational development.
